Supermax Healthcare Limited is the European arm of Supermax Corporation Berhad, the world’s 2nd largest manufacturer of disposable examination gloves. Our European headquarters are based in Peterborough from where we distribute to the whole of Europe and beyond into the middle east. Supermax Europe is the fastest growing company in our industry and has become universally recognised for its ongoing commitment to deliver quality products and service to its customers, whilst at the same time remaining at the forefront in an extremely competitive market. Supermax Corporation Berhad is a leading international manufacturer of high quality disposable examination gloves. Established by Dato’ Seri Stanley Thai and his wife Datin Seri Cheryl tan in 1987 as a trading busienss distributing Latex gloves it eventually ventured into manufacturing Latex gloves in 1989. From their humble beginnings the Supermax group has grown into a global leader, and today produces 27.3 billion gloves per annum from its 11 manufacturing plants in Malaysia from where it exports to over 160 countries globally. Supermax’s manaufacturing plants are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, energy-saving biomass systems and a research and development centre of which we are extremely proud. The founders of Supermax have been strong advocates of the ‘Made in Malaysia for the World’ programme and it was this that started Supermax’s venture into own brand manufacturing and becoming the first OBM (own brand manufacturer) disposable glove manufacturer in Malaysia when we launched our first brand, ‘Supermax’. From that day, the desire has always been to produce a brand that could unite the world and from this desire ‘Aurelia’ was born.
